Pork Pie Making Workshop

Phyllis makes her own pork pies that she sells in her sister company ‘Harriet’s Butties Bakes and cakes sandwich shop as lunchtime treat or included in a Harriet’s Buffet.

Phyllis Bown will show you the art of hot crust pastry and show you how to make tasty homemade pork pies with quality tasty meat filling. All ingredients and materials provided. Please bring your own apron and a box/tin to take your pork pie home in. (4” pork pie).

Phyllis will also demonstrate Turkey & Cranberry pie making and other tasty ingredients to try at home and you will try homemade accompaniment to taste.

You will take home your own pork pie to enjoy.

Course is on 5th may as part of the Food festival

This is a 3 hour course include all ingredients and light refreshments.

Price £60 each.

This workshop will run from 1 – 4pm on the afternoon of the Tideswell Food Festival in the parlour of Hnd’s Bistro
