Description

Chinese White tea at its best; fresh and slightly spicy yet with a natural sweet finish and a pale, jade green cup.

Grown in the mountains in Fujian province in China Pai Mu Tai means white peony.  It is an exquisite white tea, very light colour and a natural fruity flavour buds It is made from the silvery buds and the first two leaves of each bud, harvested in early Spring when the leaves are most tender.

Tasting Notes

Because the tea is harvested in early Spring when the leaves are most tender, it produces a very delicate refreshing tea perfect for drinking throughout the day.
