Description
An Oolong that is approx. 70% fermented. It infuses into a tasteful cup that is slightly tart and earthy to begin with but has a nutty yet sweet finish.
Oolong comes from South East Asia, produced in the Wyui Mountains of Northern Fujian. It is halfway between a Black and Green tea.

A floral lingering sweetness comes from the process of shaking and rolling the leaves. An exotic taste, aromatic with a floral sweetness
